To fully access QB66 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Information required during registration includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active QB66 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or banking details is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected will be closed immediately and all balances and wins within those accounts will be forfeited.

Permission to Share Information

By registering, you authorize QB66 to store and process your personal information for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and service communications. Your information will not be sold or transferred to third parties without your consent, except as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information is always up to date and accurate. Any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information is entirely the member's responsibility. Please contact the QB66 support team to update your account information.

QB66 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• QB66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via listed payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes once the request has been approved.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, including submission of a copy of your ID and proof of bank account ownership.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the QB66 account.
• QB66 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes, not exceeding 48 working hours.

QB66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type — exact conditions are stated in each offer.
• QB66 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on ineligible markets (e.g., odds that are too low) may not count towards rollover calculations.

VIP Program

Eligible members are automatically enrolled in the QB66 VIP Program based on their monthly wagering activity. VIP benefits include higher betting limits, exclusive deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and personal account management. Full details of the VIP program are available on the VIP ours.

All bets placed through the QB66 platform are subject to the wagering rules set by QB66 and the relevant market providers.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in specific cases such as event cancellation or a technical error acknowledged by QB66.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original schedule, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are not affected by any subsequent odds changes.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by event type and market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• QB66 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason — particularly for accounts identified as professional players or arbitrage exploiters.
• Winnings from bets identified as involving fraud, irregularity, or abuse may be withheld and investigated.

Live Betting

Live Betting allows you to place bets while an event is in progress. Please note that in a real-time environment, network or technical delays may cause odds discrepancies. QB66 is not responsible for Live Betting outcomes affected by broadcast or network delays on the user's end.

QB66 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable wagering environment for all members. As such, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to access the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other members to exploit QB66 markets or bonus systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about QB66 on social media or public platforms.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward the QB66 customer support team.
• Making financial transactions that may be associated with money laundering.
• Attempting to access another member's account or QB66 internal systems without authorization.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and/or legal action at QB66's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your QB66 account login credentials. QB66 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including QB66 staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account once you have finished using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to QB66 support immediately.

QB66 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to the member's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

QB66 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the QB66 platform.
• Any betting outcome made on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of account data or information due to unforeseen technical failures.
• Foreign exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of deposits or withdrawals.

In all circumstances, QB66's maximum total liability to a member shall not exceed the total deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either you or QB66 may terminate the account under the following terms:

Termination by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the QB66 support team. Prior to closure, all remaining balances (after deductions for any outstanding rollover requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method within 3–5 business days.

QB66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• Member has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Account linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Member failed to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

QB66 values your privacy. All personal information you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with QB66's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your personal information is used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC process as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Sending service communications, promotional notifications, and important updates.
